I am offering clinical supervision for therapists working towards licensure and supervision for supervisors in training.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Masters Degree in Theology/Pastoral Counseling from the University of Hamburg, Germany. When I came to the United States in 1993, I worked at a Philadelphia medical center counseling chronically ill patients and their families. I then finished my post-graduate studies at Council for Relationships in 1995 and started my practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
I have since trained in several different modalities. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and a Certified EMDR Practitioner, and a trained educator for Prepare/ Enrich and Pairs Relationship Skills. I am a Clinical Member of AAMFT and AASECT. My therapeutic approach is integrated but mostly emotion focused. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and I enjoy supervising Master’s Students at Jefferson University and supervising interns in the post-graduate program at Council for Relationships.
